In general, your listing will be removed from the site after you have recieved the number of pre-Qualified applicants that your requested which meet the criteria that you specified in your listing request. In addition, you can close and open (e.g. remove and repost) your study as required by logging in to your on-site study account.

Yes. The new RSVP system allows you to direct qualified applicants to your own pre-screening URL and to track when a member has clicked through to your pre-screening survey link. This link will direct applicants to the URL where your study specific pre-screening survey form(s), parser, and data are stored.

Please remember that you will need to obtain the RSVP member ID with your own survey in order to link your RSVP study applicants with your pre-screening survey data.

If you need a relatively short and simple survey, you can use one of many free and fee services that don't require programming skills and will host your survey and data for you. Surveymonkey.com and mturk.com are popular with many researchers.

Your data security is very important to us. The ABI RSVP system uses several methods to ensure the best security possible to protect the confidentiality your data while also allowing you the access to the information you need to determine whether applicants to your study are eligible to participate in your project. Here some of the several ways we strive to keep your data safe on the RSVP system:

√  When you submit information using our forms or view your account information, your data is protected with a 128 bit encryption Secure Socket Layer (SSL) before it is sent from your computer to the RSVP system over the Internet. This prevents unauthorized people from viewing or capturing your information while it travels through the web.

√  We only collect and save the minimum amount of data necessary for identifying qualified study pool participants.

√  Your data is stored in secure server locations and has strict access permission requirements.

√  Your lab and study data is password protected. To ensure that your password isn't compromised, our system generates a strong password (e.g. a password that is difficult to decode or guess by humans or computer programs) for you. This temporary password is stored using one-way encryption and must be renewed on a frequent basis.

√  Personal contact information is kept separate from member profile and safety data (de-identified). Personal contact information is protected with Blowfish encryption.
